Kindness vs. Awareness

Have you ever helped a friend, family member, or even a complete stranger during a time of their needs, just to find yourself feeling lower or less than? Are you now, fighting a battle in your mind as to why you are continuously putting yourself out there – Just to be left empty or in a worse situation than you were before you put yourself in this situation?

It happens, and when it does, it sucks! In this post, I’m going to walk you through some very easy techniques you can start using in situations, so you can better be ready to handle them when they do arise.

Let’s investigate why you’re in this situation and why you’re feeling like this.

Then we’ll investigate that people making us feel like this and maybe weed some of them out right away.

The “Situation” for use and reference in this post as the reoccurring scenario that some find ourselves in over and over again.

The “Unknown” for use and reference in this post as the unknown feelings or imprint that we leave on others due to our actions. Whether good or bad.

The “Result” for use and reference in this post as the ending result that is desired to change or have a different outcome.
